I am a mother of five, graphic designer, development coordinator for ABC Counseling,  and recently partnered with the world’s premiere anti-aging company to form my own business.  I serve on the @Midwest board, and as far as these shoes, I’m guessing you’ll either love them or hate them – am I right?

How do you walk the talk re: social media?

I have a long way to go…..I am active on Facebook, I love YouTube, and I started a blog but need to really flesh that whole thing back out. It’s so great to feel connected, and to have such access to so much great info. The world is really our oyster now!

What one practical tip can you recommend regarding the use of social media?

Never be hasty. Reserve social media use for clear-headed moments ONLY. Also, as fun as political banter can be via social media, it just never seems to bear useful fruit.

What do you think is the perfect age?

28.  I mean really – how hot is 28?

What is your guiltiest pleasure?

My Mac laptop – Facebook, email, surfing the web….. Sometimes I just need to WALK AWAY from the computer.

What are you really good at?

Seeing/empathizing with both sides of an issue. I really want everyone to come together, and to sleep well.

My constant “thing”……how to be a great mom and still be me. Oftentimes kids don’t want me to be me, they just want to know where their favorite clean shirt is, and to know what’s for dinner, and oh yes…..is there dessert?
