How do you walk the talk re: social media?
By doing my best to remember the 1st lesson in social media – listen.
What one practical tip can you recommend regarding the use of social media?
Help. Want to “rock” in social media? Then help your customers and each other.
What do you think is the perfect age?
The age you feel ready to try something new.
What is your guiltiest pleasure?
Doing nothing but laying on the couch playing video games.
What are you really good at?
Communicating with others.
Name one thing you will never understand.
How some people can be so unhappy that they will do nothing but sabotage someone’s happiness.
Share something on your mind lately.
Kind of noticing a lot of noise on the social channels. This is to be expected as it is easy to immediately want to use these tools as mini megaphones. Lately, however, I’ve been feeling that there has to be something more to this. Tweeting is all well and good, and having your own blog is fantastic, but shouldn’t social media be used more for social good than just announcing you had a bagel for breakfast?
You have some really fantastic lace action going on with those shoes David! I like social media that is also purposeful. When it gets noisy I disappear!
Hey there! Sorry for the late reply. Thanks! There is a story behind all those laces. I’ll share it when I see all of you next week.
look forward to that Dave!
